| Greetings, Class of 2025! I write with one final email regarding important tasks and considerations between now and move out on Monday 5/26 (by 4pm). If you have questions, please contact the appropriate office for more info. – Senior Week (5/20 – 5/22): Student Involvement created a great lineup of events to help you enjoy your last week on campus! Tickets on sale through 5/22 at the Usdan Box Office. – Diploma Pickup (5/23) and Commencement (5/25): Later this week, Professor Hughes (Faculty Marshal) will send an email with details about diploma pickup and the Commencement ceremony. – Digital Diploma: In addition to the printed diploma, Wes offers no-cost digital diplomas that are easy to access and share on social media or with an employer. Check your Wes email the week of May 27 for more info. – Reunion & Commencement (5/22 – 5/25): There are so many activities beyond the graduation ceremony! Review the schedule for details. Join your alumni community in the Parade of Classes on Saturday, May 24. Represent the Class of 2025 with pride and enjoy light refreshments as you parade around campus. – Senior Move Out (5/26 by 4pm): Graduating seniors must move out by 4:00pm ET on Monday, May 26 (late departure may result in adjudication). Though seniors can stay in housing through commencement, no guests are permitted in university residences after May 17th. Questions? Submit a ResLife Ticket. There is so much to celebrate! Be sure you do so responsibly by refreshing yourself on the Code of Non-Academic Conduct. Following this policy is essential because a violation this week may result in your inability to participate in Commencement. This next week will come with a range of emotions – I encourage you to embrace all of them! Take time to say your goodbyes to staff and faculty, enjoy the activities intended to help you celebrate, and don’t forget that Wes can and should remain a part of your life post-graduation.
